The embryo was injected on the left side of the frame and filming was initiated in the following seconds. Images were acquired every 5 seconds using a spinning-disc confocal microscope. RFP-BAF is magenta and GFP-Otefin is green. Speed: 10 frames per second. Images from this video are shown in Fig 6C.
