Notaris saat ini diperbolehkan melakukan sertifikasi dokumen elektronik. Kewenangan ini termaktub dalam Pasal 15 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jabatan Notaris. Selain mengesahkan akta, notaris juga dapat menyimpan berkas dalam bentuk file. Namun, tidak sedikit notaris yang masih enggan menggunakan teknologi untuk membuat dan mengesahkan sebuah akta dikarenakan adanya pertentangan antar pasal baik dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris sendiri maupun dengan pasal dalam Undang-Undang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah akta yang menggunakan teknologi informatika memiliki kekuatan pembuktian layaknya akta autentik dan apakah sertifikasi elektronik yang dilakukan oleh notaris sejalan dengan tugas dan jabatan notaris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara penelaahan bahan pustaka atau data sekunder dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. Penelitian ini berfokus pada akta hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT. Lippo Karawaci. Tbk yang dilakukan melalui video konferensi pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2021. Adanya ketidaksepakatan dari beberapa pemegang saham atas sertifikasi yang dilakukan secara elektronik karena dinilai dapat membuat akta tersebut menjadi akta di bawah tangan. Selain adanya pertentangan antara pasal, hal ini juga disebabkan tidak adanya peraturan pelaksana terkait pembuatan akta melalui teknologi informasi (Cyber Notary) oleh notaris sehingga perlunya pengkajian ulang terhadap Undang-Undang terkait dan pembuatan peraturan pelaksana khusus cyber notary.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the quality of information and quality of information systems to the satisfaction of the end users of accounting information systems. This research model is used with reference to the model in using information technology system that is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by DeLone and McLean. Data were collected from questionnaires given to 110 employees at Kodam I/BB as information systems user. Questionnaires were received back from 78 questionnaire respondents, and only 74 questionnaires that can be used for further analysis. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis through SPSS version 17. The results showed that the quality of information systems and information quality affects the end-user satisfaction of information system. The results showed that the quality of information system and the quality of information has a positive and significant influence on the accounting information system of user satisfaction in Kodam I/Bukit Barisan. This shows that the better the quality of information system and the quality of information applied to the level of satisfaction of users of accounting information system are getting higher. 070522084

The type of this research is quantitative descriptive with survey method. Sample of this research is 100 consumers of The Body Shop Outlet Sun Plaza Medan, using proportionate stratified random sampling. The hypothesis in this research is tasted using multiple regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. Geographically, Indonesia is prone to natural disasters both geological and hydro-meteorological disasters. Large-scale natural disasters resulting in the community have to evacuate. All this time, people carry most items they think will be required in the evacuation by using bags. Based on research through discussions and questionnaires in mind that the bags are used by the public is not ergonomic and effective when used as a bag of disaster preparedness. Currently, disaster preparedness bags have been found in online shopping sites like Amazon, but still found a few things necessary for improve. Therefore, in this study conducted disaster preparedness bag design by considering the ergonomic aspects and be able to load all the needs required during the evacuation 1x24 hours. This design is done by Morphological Chart Method by conducting the stages; concept development, alternative development plans, and the assessment and determination of the best design alternatives with the help of speakers from disaster agencies, including BPBDs city of Padang, PMI West Sumatra Province, and KOGAMI (Tsunami Alert Community) as well as speakers from the field of convection bags. This research result in the design of disaster preparedness bags already consider some aspects of ergonomics among others the size of bags that use anthropometric data, the comfort of the back board design and the main rope bag, the placement of goods in bags that wear barriers in order to facilitate the taking or placing of goods, and heavy bags under the restrictions adopted by the ILO. Another aspect to consider is the bag sufficient capacity to accommodate the need for 1x24 hours of the evacuation according to Buku Saku Tanggap Tangkas BNPB 2017. This research aims to analyze how the influence of management ownership and institusional ownership with corporate social responsibility disclosure on the firm value at banking firms on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2011-2013. There are 4 variables used ini this research that Tobins Q as dependent variable, Management Ownership, Institusional Ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure as independent variables. Design ini this research is associative causal by using secondary data. The population of the research are banking firms listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange, amounting 41 firms. Collecting sample are done using the purposive sampling – method and retrieved 12 firms that are to be sampled. The data research is analyzed by regression test that T- test and F- test at the level of significant 5%. The research result simultancously show that Management Ownership, Institusional Ownership, and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure don’t have significant influence to Tobins Q banking firms at Indonesian Stock Exchange. Latar belakang : sectio caesarea adalah pengeluaran janin melalui insisi abdomen dan rahim. Saat ini sectio caesarea bukan hal yang baru lagi bagi para ibu maupun pasangan suami istri. Pada masa lalu melahirkan dengan cara operasi merupakan hal yang menakutkan karena dapat menyebabkan kematian, Namun dengan berkembangnya kecanggihan ilmu kedokteran kebidanan pandangan tersebut mulai bergeser. Kini sectio caesarea kadang menjadi alternatif pilihan persalinan. Tujuan penelitian : untuk mengetahui gambaran determinan permintaan sectio caesarea tanpa indikasi medis di RSU X. Metodologi : desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Jumlah sampel 28 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan univariat. Hasil : dari hasil penelitian terhadap 28 orang responden, didapat bahwa permintaan persalinan sectio caesarea karena determinan nyeri persalinan sebanyak 18 orang (64,3%), kebudayaan 4 orang (14,3%), pekerjaan 0 orang (0%), kosmetik sex 2 orang (7,1%), ekonomi 6 orang (21,4%), sosial 9 orang (32,1%), sterilisasi 5 orang (17,9%), time delivery 7 orang (25%). Kesimpulan : berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa adanya permintaan persalinan tanpa indikasi medis yang dilakukan karena alasan yang bersifat subjektif dari responden, diharapkan adanya penyuluhan dan konseling tentang pemilihan persalinan yang tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan dari petugas kesehatan kepada pasangan suami istri sebelum memilih persalinan sectio caesarea. 135102058

This study and research aims to determine and analyze the suitability of the Government Regulation Number 24 of 2005 regarding Government Accounting Standards. This research used descriptive analytical method, by collecting, collating, interpreting and analyzing data from the formulation of the problems and the do a comparison of the theories that have a relationship to the issues being discussed and then make conclusions and recommendations are considered important. Types and sources of data used ini this study is composed of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly through interviews with the Finance and Asset Management Agency, and secondary data obtained from the publication by District Government of Langkat. Background: Allergic Rhinitis is a chronic and common respiratory disorder due to its prevalence, effect on quality of life, performance at school and work place, economic burden and link with asthma. Pulmonary function tests like FEF (25-75%) and PEFR are impaired in allergic rhinitis Expiratory air flow limitation is the hallmark of physiological change in allergic rhinitis. Aims and Objective: The present study aims to study pulmonary function tests such as FVC, FEF, (25-75%) and PEFR in allergic rhinitis cases to evaluate their predilection to the development of asthma. Materials and Methods: The study was carried out in the Department of Physiology at Index Medical College Hospital and Research Center, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The study was done on 80 male and female subjects of the age group of 6 to 18 years. Forty male and female subjects suffering from allergic rhinitis attending the Ear, Nose and Throat outpatient department of IMCHRC, Indore were taken as cases. Forty males and females were taken as controls after careful selection as per inclusion and exclusion criteria. PFT was done by Digital Spirometer – Helios 401 manufactured by RMS India.
