Human ratings of hyponymy for 2754 English compound words, The stimuli were selected from the Large Database of English Compounds (LADEC Gagné, Spalding, & Schmidtke, 2019) which is a database of over 8000 English closed (i.e., unspaced) compounds along with various psycholinguistic properties including several measures of semantic transparency (based on human ratings and corpus-based measures of association). In total, 2574 compounds were selected were divided into nine lists ranging from 200 to 354 items. Each list was used for one experiment for a total of nine experiments collected across a 2 year period and was seen by 97 to 121 participants. In total, 936 native speakers of English from the University of Alberta participated in the study. The responses were aggregated to obtain the percentage of participants responding yes for each item.

This dataset represents face experience coded frame-by-frame from nearly 170 hours of infant-perspective head-mounted-camera video, recorded during their daily life by 40 3-month-old infants. It includes information about the identity of the face (e.g., caregiver, relative), length of time the face was in the field of view, location in which the face occurred, and descriptions of the situation in which the infant experienced the face. Demographic information (e.g., age, gender) about the infants who recorded the videos is also provided. For elaboration on data collection methodology, interpretation, analysis, and discussion of early face experience captured by this dataset, please see our paper These are the people in your neighbourhood: Consistency and persistence in infants’ exposure to caregivers’, relatives’, and strangers’ faces across contexts [1].

The dataset consists of 901 publicly-traded firms with 28 financial features that came from Quarterly reports. The financial features were collected from Bloomberg, a major financial institution which provides the financial data service in North America. The credit ratings of the firms were obtained from Standard and Poor's (S\&P); ; a total of 22 grades that are ordered from AAA rating, the most promising for investors, to D rating, the most risky one.

Table S1A. All hydrogen deuterium exchange (HDX) peptide data for experiments examining the global exchange of PI4KIIIA, TTC7B, and FAM126A. The charge state (Z), residue start, residue end number, retention time (RT) and sequence are displayed for every peptide. In the Raw Data column, the two time points (0.3s and full) are labelled, and the relative level of HDX is coloured according to the amount of deuterium incorporated, on a blue to red continuum. The data listed for the 0.3s time point are the average of three independent experiments, with SD shown next to all HDX values. In the Normalized to Full Deuteration column, the 0.3s data has been normalised to the full deuteration measurements with the exception of those data (surrounded by black lines) where the full deuteration measurement was lower than 20% deuterium incorporation. The third column denotes the corresponding peptide centroid. Table S1B. All HDX peptide data for experiments examining the complex dynamics of PI4KIIIA, TTC7B, and FAM126A. The charge state (Z), residue start, residue end number, retention time (RT) and sequence are displayed for every peptide. The two columns represent each state examined (+/- PI4KIIIA) and contain the data for five time points. The data listed are the average of three independent experiments, with SD shown next to all HDX values. Table S1C. All HDX peptide data for experiments examining the dynamics of inhibitor specificity of PI4KIIIA, TTC7B, and FAM126A. The charge state (Z), residue start, residue end number, retention time (RT) and sequence are displayed for every peptide. The three columns represent each state examined (+/- inhibitor) and contain the data for four time points. The data listed are the average of three independent experiments, with SD shown next to all HDX values.
