This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge to business success in SME business in Jl.Dr. Mansyur. The research method is associative research. The data collection methods used by interviews, with the questionnaire and documentation study. With the sample amounted to 63 SMEs in Jl.Dr. Mansyur. Processing data using SPSS software, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the simultaneous leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge and significant positive effect on the success of the business in the SME business in Jl.Dr. Mansyur. partially leadership and entrepreneurial knowledge and significant positive effect on the success of the business in the SME business in Jl.Dr. Mansyur 120502301

Notaris saat ini diperbolehkan melakukan sertifikasi dokumen elektronik. Kewenangan ini termaktub dalam Pasal 15 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jabatan Notaris. Selain mengesahkan akta, notaris juga dapat menyimpan berkas dalam bentuk file. Namun, tidak sedikit notaris yang masih enggan menggunakan teknologi untuk membuat dan mengesahkan sebuah akta dikarenakan adanya pertentangan antar pasal baik dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris sendiri maupun dengan pasal dalam Undang-Undang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah akta yang menggunakan teknologi informatika memiliki kekuatan pembuktian layaknya akta autentik dan apakah sertifikasi elektronik yang dilakukan oleh notaris sejalan dengan tugas dan jabatan notaris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara penelaahan bahan pustaka atau data sekunder dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. Penelitian ini berfokus pada akta hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT. Lippo Karawaci. Tbk yang dilakukan melalui video konferensi pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2021. Adanya ketidaksepakatan dari beberapa pemegang saham atas sertifikasi yang dilakukan secara elektronik karena dinilai dapat membuat akta tersebut menjadi akta di bawah tangan. Selain adanya pertentangan antara pasal, hal ini juga disebabkan tidak adanya peraturan pelaksana terkait pembuatan akta melalui teknologi informasi (Cyber Notary) oleh notaris sehingga perlunya pengkajian ulang terhadap Undang-Undang terkait dan pembuatan peraturan pelaksana khusus cyber notary.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the quality of information and quality of information systems to the satisfaction of the end users of accounting information systems. This research model is used with reference to the model in using information technology system that is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by DeLone and McLean. Data were collected from questionnaires given to 110 employees at Kodam I/BB as information systems user. Questionnaires were received back from 78 questionnaire respondents, and only 74 questionnaires that can be used for further analysis. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis through SPSS version 17. The results showed that the quality of information systems and information quality affects the end-user satisfaction of information system. The results showed that the quality of information system and the quality of information has a positive and significant influence on the accounting information system of user satisfaction in Kodam I/Bukit Barisan. This shows that the better the quality of information system and the quality of information applied to the level of satisfaction of users of accounting information system are getting higher. 070522084

Background: Globally, an estimated 24.8% or 1.62 billion of the world population suffer from anemia and 25.4%of them are school-age children. Anemia can cause lack of oxygen transported to the brain, and the concerned individuals will not concentrate well in learning. This will ultimately causes the decline in academic performance. Methods: This study is an analytical survey with cross sectional design. The sampling method is simple random sampling, with 85 samples. Hemoglobin levels were measured by using digital hemoglobinometer while academic performanceare based on the value of test results for one semester. The data were analyzed using chi square technique to determine the relationship between the hemoglobin and academic performance among students of SD. Negeri No. 101837 Suka Makmur, Kecamatan Sibolangit, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Results: Samples who are anemic and have low academic achievement showed the greatest number as many as 29 people (34.1%) while the samples who are not anemic and have high academic achievement are as many as 12 people (14.1%). Chi square analysis showed p < 0.05 which means that there is a correlation between hemoglobin level and academic performance. The research was to knew the potential of R. fuscipes as a predator of larvae E. thrax and S. litura. The research was held at the Insect Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara, Medan from September to November 2012. The method of this research was randomized complete design factorial with 2 factors, the first is stadia of predator (without predator, nymph, male, and female) and the second is stadia of larvae (larvae of E. thrax, S. litura, 2nd and 4th instar, and combination both of them, the each 6/media) with 2 replications. The parameter are percentage of mortality (%), long consumed (hour) and how to consumed. The results showed that the highest percentage of mortality was P3L3 (female to S. litura 2nd instar) is 100% and the lowest was P0L1, P0L2, P0L3, P0L4, P0L5, P0L6 (Control) dan P1L2, P1L4, P1L6 (Nymph to larvae 4th instar) is 0%. The highest long consumed, was P3L4 (Female to S. litura 4th instar) is 3,33 hour and the lowest was P0L1, P0L2, P0L3, P0L4, P0L5, P0L6 (Control), P1L2, P1L4, P1L6 (Nymph to larvae 4th instar) is 0 hour. 080302019

The type of this research is quantitative descriptive with survey method. Sample of this research is 100 consumers of The Body Shop Outlet Sun Plaza Medan, using proportionate stratified random sampling. The hypothesis in this research is tasted using multiple regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik biochar limbah kayu manis (Cinnamomum sp.) dan surian (Toona sp.) berdasarkan ukuran partikel sebagai amelioran tanah. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai Oktober 2021 di Laboratorium Kimia dan Kesuburan Jurusan Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Andalas dan Laboratorium Kimia Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan 5 tingkat kehalusan (2.80-4.75; 2.00-2.80; 1.00-2.00; 0.50-1.00; dan ≤0.50 mm) pada dua jenis biochar yaitu limbah kayu manis dan surian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Biochar limbah kayu manis lebih baik dengan nilai kelembaban (49.33%), pH (10.20), daya hantar listrik (1.77 dS/m), karbon inorganik (0.102 g/kg) dan KTK (82.07 cmol/kg) yang lebih tinggi daripada surian. (2) Ukuran partikel terbaik adalah ≤0.5 mm dimana ukuran ini pada biochar limbah kayu manis dan kayu surian memberikan nilai tertinggi pada kadar abu (16.13; 22.10%), pH (10.20;9.63), daya hantar listrik (1.77; 0.60 dS/m), potensi pengapuran (6.17; 7.11% CaCO3 eq), karbon inorganic (0.102; 0.072 g/kg) dan KTK (82.07;67.07 cmol/kg). (3) Hasil analisis FTIR menunjukkan pada kedua biochar sama-sama memiliki ikatan karbonat pada panjang gelombang 1407.36 cm-1 dan 1409.71 cm-1, yang membedakannya adalah pada biochar limbah kayu manis memiliki ikatan (C-O) polisakarida, kompleks karbohidrat dan (Si-O) dari mineral lempung yang terkait dengan biochar. Sedangkan pada biochar limbah surian memiliki ikatan (M-O-H) dari O-H pembengkokan pita mineral lempung pada mineral lempung yang terkait dengan biochar dan ikatan dari pembengkokan -OH solo. Indonesia is still a country of patent-protected technology consumers because majority of the patent found in Indonesia are owned by foreign citizens and corporate bodies. One of the institutions bridging between patented products and their consumers is Patent License. So, it is predicted that the development of patent license in the future keeps increasing. Patent License agreement is purely handled by private companies without government’s intervention. The parties involved in this agreement do not have to announce the contents of license contract to the government. Due to lack of information, no obligation to report this contract to the government even to the public and the weaknesses found in several Articles of Law No. 14/2001 on Patent, in practice, these contracts can contain the clauses that can inflict loss to the licensee or even to the national economy and the ability of the people of Indonesia in mastering technology. Eventually, we have to admit the fact that, up to now, the licensee have not yet given adequate legal protection in Patent License Agreement in Indonesia. This study employed the normative juridical method based on secondary data and emphasized the steps of theoretical speculative and normative-qualitative analysis. The purpose of this analytical descriptive study was to describe the situation or condition of the existing problem and the study framework was limited to only analyze the legal protection for the patent licensee in Indonesia. The data for this study were obtained through library research. All of the data obtained were then analyzed. The conclusion of this study was drawn based on deductive-inductive method. The result of this study showed that the rights and responsibilities of the parties involved in Paten License Agreement in Indonesia can be freely determined based on what is wanted by the parties involved in accordance with freedom of contract as one of the legal principles of Patent License Agreement in Indonesia. But, the application of the principle of freedom of contract in Patent License Agreement is not absolute in nature, because it is regulated and limited by law No.14/2001 on Patent and Law No. 5/1999 on Prohibition of Monopoly Practice and Unhealthy Business Competition. Yet, there is a problem existing in terms of Patent License Registration in Indonesia, namely, if the parties involved in the making of the license agreement do not register the license in the Patent Office under the reason of freedom of contract, the Patent Office cannot give them any sanction. In addition, there are three things that become the constraints in providing legal protection for the Patent licensee in Indonesia such as the choice of forum and the choice of law, the stipulation of Article 71 of Law on Patent, the practice of restricted trade. In terms of dispute settlement, according to law No.14/2001 on Patent, it is stated that the settlement of Patent dispute can be done through the process of dispute settlement out side of the court as well as the process of dispute settlement in the court. 097005053
