The study aimed at identifying the role of self-training in administrative efficiency achievement for academic leaders in King Saud University, clarifying barriers from their perspectives and identifying statistical evident differences based on gender, years of experience and number of training courses. The researcher used descriptive survey approach and the questionnaire as a tool applied on all study population members which consist of departments heads and deputies in King Saud University who are (100). The sample believes that self-training plays a role in achieving administrative efficiency for academic leaders in King Saud University and achieves the ability to deal with work problems with high effectiveness and positivity, develops personal abilities and skills of the leader, organizational and continuous practice gradually achieves the self-learning skills, much responsibilities and tasks of leaders are main barriers of self training for academic leaders. There are statistical evident differences between heads and deputies regarding self-training barriers. The study recommended many recommendations that contribute in spreading and enhancing self-training culture between academic leaders to reach leaders administrative efficiency achievement in King Saud University.

Many recent studies showed that the wavelet transform step consumes a long computing time during image compression process. Also, to obtain high CR, multiple transform levels must be applied. This paper examines the properties and design of multilevels framelet for image compression applications. This work is focused on high CR obtained, with minimally perceptible loss in image quality, at the multi-levels of transforms. The programming language MATLAB is used for implementing the proposed algorithm. Simulated results show that there are a suitable number of levels of transforms based on the nature of image. Higher subbands of framelet decomposition can be eliminated for saving in computing and communication energies. At higher levels of transform, these subbands are being of large effects to improve the image quality, if there are used, at higher CR

Northern Ireland’s Good Friday Agreement of 1998 calledfor “initiatives to facilitate and encourage integratededucation” but progress has been painfully slow. Only 5%of the total school population are in integrated schools(those bringing together students and staff from boththe Protestant and Catholic traditions). Only 1.4% of theadult population has experienced integrated schooling.

The mosquitoes Culexpipiens are annoying pests and obligate vectors of many vertebrate pathogens. Their immature stages are common in fauna of a wide range quality of water bodies. Most of the alternative biocontrol strategies focus on mosquito immature stages. Predators play a major role in mosquito control programs. The naiads of the damselfly,Ischnuraevansi (Coenagriidae) naturally inhabitate with the mosquito, C.pipiensmolestus immature stages, the large naiads with average size 1.5±0.5cm more than daily predated 12.1 larvae of 1st and 2nd instars, with 0.63 clearance rate, the naiads strongly preferred mosquito larvae over the chironomdsC. ninavah larvae of the density 20/liter. The starred naiad tends to ingest the egg rafts. But not more than 3 rafts/day . The presence of the predator with 5 individuals/liter extended the life cycle from 13.0 in control to 20.8 days with high significant effect on 3rd and the istars and pupa stage.

Once there is a genuine possibility of going home, what influences a forced migrant’s decision to return to a pre-conflict residence, often in the face of very difficult conditions? What role can remote voting play?

In this paper, a double loop feedforward linearization technique is analyzed and built with a MMIC low noise amplifier “HMC753” as main amplifier and a two-stage class-A power amplifier as error amplifier. The system is operated with 5V DC supply at a center frequency of 5.8GHz and a bandwidth of 500MHz. The proposed technique, increases the linearity of the MMIC amplifier from 18dBm at 1dB compression point to more than 26dBm. In addition, the proposed system is tested with OFDM signal and it reveals good response in maximizing the linearity region and eliminating distortions. The proposed system is designed and simulated onAdvanced Wave Research-Microwave Office (AWR-MWO).
